Return & Refund Policy

At MemoryBliss Creations, each product is custom-made using your personal photos. Because of the personalized nature of our products, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has entered production.

However, your satisfaction is important to us. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at Lori@MemoryBlissCreations.Com and include photos of the item and packaging.

If the issue is determined to be the result of an error on our part, we will gladly replace the item or provide an appropriate resolution.

Please note that we are not responsible for:

* Photos uploaded with low resolution or poor image quality

* Cropping issues resulting from the original image dimensions

* Delays caused by shipping carriers

* Orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer
